Closed Circuit Cooling Tower
The Closed Circuit Cooling Tower is a kind of high-efficient heat exchange equipment that comes into being on the basis of absorbing the most advanced foreign heat-exchange technology. Working fluid is flowing inside of the coils, which are enwrapped by spray water on the outside. The heat of water is transferred by the coil and becomes a saturated vapor when meets the water and air. The heat is exhausted out of the tower by the fan; water is collected back to the bottom tank. The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin in the process of circulation and flows in the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes a sensible heat travel style. And this will apply especially to dealing with high-temperature fluid.

Standard Splash Bar is designed for span up to 3 ft.(915 mm) and heavy duty for span up to 4 ft. (1219 mm). the 4.25” (108 mm) wide overhang help reduce water streaming between fill layers. This classic design maximizes practicality and can be oriented either parallel or perpendicular to airflow and in any tandard fill arrangement, depending on thermal requirements.
